Deliveries are made using two services. One by Royals Mail for ligher/smaller goods and the other via DHL who shall take items up to 40kg.
Method 1: Parcel Orders (usually over 2 Kg)
Where parcels are of high value of weight in excess of 2kg we will dispatch via DHL. You can track your parcel online using your order reference (eg: JD00 450 45 5456 1234) at http://www.dhl.co.uk/. Orders received after 13.00 hrs will be delivered within 72hrs. IMPORTANT - DHL will try to delivery your parcel twice before a redelivery charge will need to be paid in order for goods to be received. This charge is equal to the initial carriage. If DHL receive no call from a customer after two attempted deliveries they will return the goods to Premier Products Online Ltd. Redelivery charges will then be charged at the original cost plus the cost of the return (usually the same again).
Method 2: Smaller Orders (usually below 2 Kg)
Where parcels weigh below 2kg we will use Royal Mail First class service for our deliveries. This will be delivered within 48 hours from day of postage.
Channel Islands
Standard orders dispatched to the Channel Islands will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post at the same rates as the UK.
If the total weight of the items in your order exceeds 1.5kg, or the dimension of any one of the items in your order exceeds 36 inches (91cm), then we will despatch your order to the Channel Islands by courier.
A flat fee of £30.00 is chargeable for couriered deliveries to the Channel Islands.
